The text behind the figure roughly translates to:

“Protect yourself from noise and pollution”

And the sign held by the curiously clad figure reads:

“New from Ganzeer! The astounding protective suite!” 

This was a stickering campaign I leisurly engaged in predominantly in Cairo to draw attention to the city’s serious pollution issues.
